Lost all waterproofing following one wash
"Followed tag directions for "Cold gentle machine wash" as instructed on the product website and tag only to loose all waterproofing. Tried to email customer service for assistance, with no reply for a few weeks. Upon calling customer service I was instructed that the jacket require specialist detergent for cleaning, which the employee acknowledged is not stated on the product tag, website or packaging. Will not be buying from Kathmandu again, no point wasting money on a company who cannot accurately advertise product details and care."

"I’ve had mine for a few weeks now, and I love wearing it. I love the look of the lighter colour. It’s feels lightweight but it’s also super warm. Perfect for wearing when it’s both cold and wet outside and when it’s not raining and you just need to stay warm. It’s a good length but you can also make it look a bit shorter by adjusting the bottom so that it tucks under and keeps out the cold wind."
