You can sign up either in-store and online with a valid email address. No purchase necessary to join.

You can sign up for an Online Account here. You can also register in-store via our QR code. Keep in mind that you’ll need to use the same email address to login online if you signed up in store.

There’s a variety of ways you can earn points. Here's how: 

• Purchase products in-store and online: $1 = 1 point. 
• Get out there in nature— hike, trail run, or take a moment in nature to listen to native birds. Log into your Online Account to view the full list: 1 activity = 10 points.  
• Complete your profile: 10 points  
• Take our exclusive surveys: Up to 10 points.

There are four levels of Out There Rewards, which you’ll progress through by earning points. Once you reach a new level, you’ll be able to enjoy the benefits of that level for 12 months, unless:

• Your points balance increases, in which case you can move up to the next level once you have earned sufficient points
• Your points balance decreases, which can occur when you return items for a refund, in which case you could drop down a level based on your total points balance. More on that, below.

Member: 0 – 249 points in a 12-month period

Level 1: 250 – 499 points in a 12-month period

Level 2: 500 – 1,199 points in a 12-month period

Level 3: 1,200 + points in a 12-month period

As a member you will receive:

• Access to member deals
• Free delivery
• Birthday vouchers

As you progress through the levels, your rewards are combined— meaning you reap the benefits of the levels below in addition to the current level you’re in. The only exception is the birthday voucher — you’ll only receive the one based on the level you are at on the day of your birthday. 

Basically, the higher you climb, the more awesome perks you receive!
