Excellent, BUT. . .

"Super cool, great for hot environments, reduces the sweat factor. . . the 'BUT' is about the top leg band. It's extremely tight for anyone with any calf muscle - affects circulation. My family have also bought these socks, we love them, but none of us can wear them without folding the tight top of the sock back over our boots. Unfortunately can only wear them with boots. In saying that, I have 5 pairs!"

Disappointed - too loose foot, too tight ribbing

"We wanted to like these socks. The material seems quite comfortable but, unfortunately, the fit is dreadful. The foot area is far too loose (too long and very wide around the toes) but the ribbing was far too tight - tight enough to leave marks and cause discomfort. Also, after just wearing and washing them once, the material is already starting to pill. Three different people in our household tried them on and none of us found them comfortable. The fit is both "runs large" and "runs small". I would not recommend this product."

Was expecting thicker socks

"Bought several pairs thinking that they were going to be the same as earlier socks from Katmandu but they are noticeably thinner. (I get very cold feet). But still reasonably good value."

Bad design - had to return

"Had to return - I am a size 7 and ordered S-M but foot of sock was far too large. Meanwhile elastic at top is very tight. Terrible design - bring back the old style please!"
