"I loved my bag up until the airline put a 3 inch tear in the top. I’ve been told that my bag is not repairable due to the composition of the bag. Bag was near new and I’m extremely disappointed."

"Having worked as tour leader years ago backpacks were my go to luggage. I’m a bit past backpacking now but not into the solid four wheel suitcase. The Kathmandu Split Level 60L trolley is the perfect in between travel bag. It’s got all of the advantages of a wheelie bag but it’s soft, lightweight construction with plenty of grab handles makes it great for slinging onto trains and buses but still easy to wheel through airports without having to struggle with it on your back. 60L is also a great size, plenty of space for the essentials but not too big and bulky. Mine has been OS once and will be jetting off to Thailand soon! Love it!"

"I have one of these. After about 2 years and not a lot of use, the telescopic mechanism on the handle packed it in. The bag itself is still very serviceable but I'm unable to find anyone locally who can fix it."
