With the measuring tape vertically, measure from crotch to the bottom of your leg.

"I tried on this vest size small. I liked it and asked if they had a medium. Salesman said no so I asked if I there were any available in other stores or online he said no. I eventually decided to purchase the medium in pink as I believed he must be right. For curiosity I went home and looked on line. There it was medium the colour I asked for and was available to purchase. I ordered it on line plus paid $12.00 extra for postage. Very upset seems like he just didn’t want to help me or he had no idea what he was doing. I Purches a lot of products from you for many many years . Very unhappy."
