Fits like a Glove

"This trolley cover rolls up into a very tight ball where I can store it in the trolley. It fits over the top of the trolley like a glove which you are able to tighten. I haven't had it out in heavy rain just yet, but it's proven to work with light rain with keeping the contents of the trolley dry."
