It's a pole.

"It's a pole, to hold up the tent. Came with scratches on the metal connectors already. Took a week and a half to get dispatched. Thought 2 weeks would be enough to get it in time for a camping trip but that wasn't the case."

Is it possible to buy replacements for the black frame poles. These red poles are the only listed under "Retreat 80 pole" but it's my black frame poles that are broken. Thanks
These can be found on our website below, https://www.kathmandu.co.nz/retreat-80-pole.html?colour=386&scroll=instant unfortunately they are currently out of stock, I can't currently find when we are expecting more of these, however I would suggest keeping an eye on the website as this should show once they return.
Hello, will these be coming back into stock? We haven't been able to purchase a new one since ours broke in December 2023!
Hi Elizabeth, I can see on our system we may have 1 left in our Distribution Center. What I can do is email the Allocations team and see if they can physically find the pole and get it sent to your nearest store? No these poles are only designed for the Retreat 80 tent. You will need to search for the poles by the name of the tent or shelter you have purchased from us.
