"A heads up! (Pun not intended, but it gave me a chuckle now. ) This is a review of the hat and the customer service... Both of which are awesome! With the summer upcoming, I'm glad to find a hat that's affordable and lightweight. Easily will wear this on my walks when that NZ sun starts to sear into my face. As for the customer service, also excellent! There was a slight mix-up with the hats, and after a quick e-mail, it was resolved. My kudos and thanks for making it a hassle-free and friendly fix. :) Highly recommend and A+ to both hat and NZ customer service and fulfillment team!"
