"Overall very happy with this slim backpack, fabric great and love the fact it opens up completely with zips down both sides for easy access to everything. Only issue I have is with the little zipped inside pocket - as it zips all the way around things tend to fall out. Would be handy to either have double zips that meet at the top, or a little lip at the bottom to stop things falling out."

Close but no cigar

"This pack has 2 major flaws: 1/ the laptop sleeve is not suspended and the bottom padding is very thin offering no protection to your device. The back is well padded with 2 much thicker layers. Suggest it needs this same padding on bottom and the sleeve should end higher to give a buffer. 2/ when using as a briefcase or on luggage using the pass through, the backpack straps just hang and flop around. There needs to be a way to stash these between the 2 layers of back padding. 3/ (less flaw, more suggestion) move the zip for the inside pocket to the outside. Would be a perfect stash pocket for phone, headphones, etc but having to open the pack, then open the pocket makes this hard."
