"I really love this backpack, the size, the computer compartment, the top compartment - everything about this pack is great, apart from 2 things - it doesn't stand up on its bottom, it tends to tip over, PLUS I'm on my 4th backpack, as I use mine every single day, but the zips keep crapping out within a year. I wish the zips were better."
"4 stars not 5, as others have mentioned, the base of the pack is not great for standing the pack upright. This is fine but during transit sometimes the base is too angled and prone to tipling. The bag must be placed lying flat. Otherwise, tidy."
"As it says in the title, but the quality of bag and fantastic discount convinced me keep it instead of getting a refund. To be honest, haven't taken it out on the road to have a thorough review but all indications are that it won't disappoint! 🤞"
"It’s a good size and comfortable to wear but 2 things bugged me. 1) It’s an odd shape, small at the base and tapering out to wider at the top which makes it impossible to have it free standing. You have to lean it against something. 2) The only external pocket is on the very top of the backpack so you can’t access it when the bag is lying down as everything falls out. So a couple of simple gripes in design made this quite a frustrating backpack to travel with."

"Feels like the bag is upside down, as its smaller on the bottom and bigger on the top. Also not a great fan of the pocket on top, feels like it could be better positioned and in a way where items can't easily fall out of it. I have a 38L Litehaul as well and this feels nearly the same size from a visual point of view, which makes me worry on some airlines."
"I don’t usually write product reviews, but this backpack deserves some credit! I was in the Machu Picchu train crash at the end of 2025. The bag was thrown from the luggage rack amongst other bags including large cases. My laptop & iPad were in the laptop sleeve & remained undamaged in the impact. If you’re looking for a travel bag, it’s definitely worth considering. I also like the ability to tuck the backpack straps away."
