Lovely sweatshirt, but too long for me

"I bought this women’s sweatshirt, but as an Asian person I found both the body length and the sleeve length a bit too long, which made it inconvenient to wear. I’ve only tried it on once and washed it once so far — maybe I’ll give it another try in the future. Interestingly, it actually fits my father better, so at least it won’t go to waste. Returns

Returning an item

We offer 60-day returns in New Zealand for change of mind as long as all items are unused, in original packaging (with tags attached), and you have proof of purchase.

Underwear cannot be returned for change of mind due to hygiene reasons. This exclusion does not apply to faulty underwear.

Either pop into your local store or post it back to us.
