"Best way to wash my puffer jackets and vests. The dryer balls make all the difference when drying it in the dryer. It fluffs all the filling up again. And this detergent does a great job cleaning the garments while looking after the down fill. ,"

"The product worked well and did exactly what I needed it to do for my down items, leaving them clean and refreshed. However, the packaging was quite poor and not up to the standard I expected. While it didn’t stop the product from working, it did affect the overall experience. Overall, it serves its purpose, but I’d like to see better packaging in the future."
