Fitting the Ear Plugs
- Gently roll ear plug as thin as possible and place in ear canal. The plug will gently expand to its original size eliminating unwelcome noise.

- Eye Mask: Cool Machine Wash, Do not bleach, Do not tumble dry, Do not dry clean, Do not iron
- Ear plugs: Hand wash warm water with a mild detergent. Air dry.
