Is there a weight limit to the poles?
No sorry, there isn't a weight limit to use these poles
Can you get replacement spikes tips for this pole please?
Thanks for your question. We do sell spare rubber tips for these, but not spare spikes, it may pay to reach out to your local store in case they have any spares.
Are the Explore poles anodised?
Hi Anna, Below is the information I found from the Fizan website https://www.fizan.it/?lang=en. ALUMINUM Fizan uses only the two best alloys on the market: 7001 and 7075. These two materials allow us to work with thin but resistant thicknesses. If you require further information I would suggest emailing Fizan directly.
Is this Explorer pole the same pole as the Fizan Trek Pole bit just sold as a Pair?
They differ in a few ways, such as the weight, handle material and the material that the tip is made of.
Can you make the pole shorter for travelling? Ie train, plane?
Yes, These are telescopic and can reduce down to 64cm.
