Q&A

Are the rubber caps used when walking?
These are good to use when you are using them on surfaces like concrete. The normal tip on these will bite into lots of surfaces, so the rubber tips are good to use if you are walking on a surface that you don't want them to bite into.
how do you height adjust the bottom section on these poles, there are no measurements so not sure how far to extend them.
The pole sections can be adjusted by turning the pole to loosen it and then you can extend the pole to a length that suits you. Ideally you'd adjust the overall pole length so that your arm is sitting at a 90 degree angle when the pole tip is touching the ground. This would be achieved by extending each pole section in ideally equal amounts making sure not to go past the warning line which indicates the end of that section of pole.
