Where is the glue on pack?

"I purchase the Entrada backpack after seeing my husband’s 2017 Entrada - which we absolutely love as it came with a glue on pack which attached to the Entrada via 6 different clips and buckles. I have been eagerly waiting for the new Entrada to arrive, and I was sadly disappointed to discover it did not include a glue on pack. The sales assistant advised me to purchase the 18L pack and unfortunately it does not safely attach to the Entrada. There are only 4 points of attachment - 2 clips at the top which work but there are 2 feed through buckles which DO NOT FIT through the provided link on the Entrada. I have tried and so has my husband we can not feed the buckle through! The link on the Entrada is too small for the buckle on the glue on. I want to keep the Entrada but for my travels I need a glue on! Is a new glue on coming out? Is there a specific glue on for the Entrada? Otherwise I will be returning the Entrada and Glue On."

Hi! Could you use this as a hiking pack as well as for travelling?
It has been designed predominantly for travel, but could be used for shorter hikes if you wanted.
