Right Front Zipper Hurts Hip

"The stitching around the right front zipper is so intense that with my pack’s hip belt on top (following the iliac crest and all that), it almost rubbed raw the skin on my hip in under 90 mins of walking. Crazy. Now trying to think of solutions so it doesn’t tear me up on the upcoming thru hike. Probably best for day hikes. Sweaty. Strong and flexible. I won’t attach a photo because nobody wants to see that."
