"I have always loved Teva’s but these were of a plastic - synthetic material. These are not appropriate for the tropics where I live. Returned them via Tracking - through Australia post . Not worn put them on in my tiled kitchen - put back into bag for a return. Rang Kathmandu - but they are - and have not refunded me yet! Always bought online - but have not had this experience before. Spoke on the phone today - was told to ring back next week. As a retired professional - found on the phone I was deflected - and not given any reason at all - for lack of refund and appropriate response. Never written a review like this before but I AM very disappointed - in lack of transparency of the Company . I AM in Australia. Thank you"
