Everything I need in a carry on
"I bought this a couple of weeks back. I've been searching for an ideal Carey on bag for sometime. I needed around 30 litres. Lightweight. Large spaces. I have a perfect 25 litre convertible backpack but it's not quite large enough for some trips. With this split level, I was nervous about rhe lack of back pack straps but the shoulder strap is very comfortable, especially as I'm not loading it over 7kg so that I can take it on the plane. Storage is intuitive. The laptop sleeve in the centre keeps it well protected but also easy to access for security. The outer pocket is well designed too with some organisation. Good for a magazine, phone etc. Sturdy construction- keeps it shape. . even when resting feet on it after flight is delayed. I went for the green colour. Love it (I got it when 40% off, so excellent value too)"

"Bought one for myself and one as a gift for someone and we both think the bag the great. This bag has just the right amount of pockets. Bags the size of weekenders often waste space with unnecessary extra pockets and storage in my opinion, whereas Kathmandu have made this bag simple yet incredibly functional. It pairs brilliantly with their packing cells. The front opening has two large easy access pockets and one large zippered section, which I’ve found to be perfect for storing their clear packing cells with toiletries or storing my kindle. Love the wide opening of the front pocket with easy pull zippers. They make airport security a breeze. The luggage sleeve on the back works well and even sits quite comfortably on my 32L hybrid. I've seen bags in the market with similar clamshell designs, but I think Kathmandu has hit the mark here by keeping it sleek and functional and relatively lightweight by comparison."
