definalely not waterproof

"Bought these as they were advertised as waterproof. Took a 15 min walk in the rain today and the tongue is wet right through and other parts of the inside shoe are wet too (some parts are dry but not much where there is padding rather than plastic type cover). The price on clearance was exceptional but am very disappointed and doubt i can return clearance shoes that have been worn"
