"This was an excellent addition to our campaign set up. We place a thin self-inflating mattress on top and kids got very comfortable sleep. It also saves a lot of space since you can store stuff under the beds. Very sturdy and not noisy. Can be a bit hard to put together, so practice before you take it camping."

"Straight forward set up except putting top bunk on we had to set up as 2 singles instead, and then place it on top. Have used 8 nights or so over the last 2 weeks backyard camping and the stretchers have loosened a bit so maybe the Velcro will secure properly now with some adjustment (could only stretch it to 1/3 of the way at each end. They were pretty comfy first few nights when they were new and very taut. We use foam camping mattresses on them for better comfort and warmth. I am very impressed. Only real drawback is the low weight limit for the top bunk. I've happily slept top bunk a few times (I'm 57kg 5ft 6). The kids 8 and 10 have done both a few times. Easy enough to climb onto. Have been very stable so far. Do bear in mind the shape of your tent. An angled/dome wall will have a bigger gap wall to bottom bunk where top may be against the wall."

where can i access assembly instructions?
The instructions should be stitched into the storage bag. If you don't have this, please email support@kathmandu.co.nz and we can get the instructions sent to you.
I see quite a few other people have had issues with support bars. Have there been many returns and what is the product warranty period? Thanks
While I unfortunately don't know of the exact return numbers, we have only had a few breakages issue with these bunks. These products have been tested and ensured they are as strong and stable as advertised. And we don't offer a warranty period on our product, just a full return policy if product has any faults due to manufacturing.
Do the ends of the canvas/fabric fold over and secure with Velcro or with clips? Thanks.

The measurement from the top of the bunk to the ground is approximately 90cm.
Hi, do you supply replacement parts for these bunks?  My child broke one of the stabiliser bars so I am trying to replace that.
