"I couldn't use the Birthday code on my purchase and had to call Customer Service to manually deduct the value, then the shipping fee of $10 was never refunded to me as a member despite I chased twice. The products are good but the on-line experience was very bad."

"I bought these to organise my clothes in my camper or when travelling. They are great, except it's hard to see what's in them because of the black mesh. Ones I have seen before have had white mesh and you could see at a glance what was in them. Also, I am colour orientated and would have loved to get different colours to easily identify knickers, shorts, t-shirts etc but there is a very limited range of colours - just this patterned blue (I like blue), grey and green (two colours I don't like) and a few red. I did get a red for socks (red - warm), but limited sizes available in red. Now I need to find a way to colour code and/or label these bags so they are useful. At the moment the clothes (apart from the socks) are stuffed back on shelves and the bags stuffed in a corner. Waste of money for me."
