"This is my 2nd pair of Oboz Bridgers. They're a good sturdy boot, comfy fit (I go 1. 5 sizes bigger than my shoe size for tramping boots) and I find I don't really need to break them in. However, I wore out the tread on my first pair before the boot itself was dead, it still has plenty of life left in it. But they'll continue to be used for easier day walks when tread isn't really required. Really happy with them apart from that."
"After reading amazing reviews I purchased these in hoping they were comfortable. The sole is so hard!!!! My feet ached like they did with my cheapies (Did 6 hours on flat terrain up Mt Ruapehu) and I got roaring heel blisters (Expected with new shoes though). I would reccomend spending the money and purchasing ones with that 'walking on a cloud' feeling. Noone wants sore feet."
