A disappointing purchase
"First time bought Kathmandu brand hiking boots, although I found the shoes are sturdy they don’t have adequate cushion & arch support on the feet. It feels like walking on a piece of hard cardboard even when I used support insoles. I had to discard those boots after first using. This pair of boots were made in overseas (China) and I wonder if Australia quality standards for footwear was followed in the manufacture process. As sufficient cushion & adequate arch support is vital for hiking boots I hope Kathmandu can review its quality standards and agreements with overseas manufacturers to improve its quality."
