"It’s a good size and comfortable to wear but 2 things bugged me. 1) It’s an odd shape, small at the base and tapering out to wider at the top which makes it impossible to have it free standing. You have to lean it against something. 2) The only external pocket is on the very top of the backpack so you can’t access it when the bag is lying down as everything falls out. So a couple of simple gripes in design made this quite a frustrating backpack to travel with."

"Feels like the bag is upside down, as its smaller on the bottom and bigger on the top. Also not a great fan of the pocket on top, feels like it could be better positioned and in a way where items can't easily fall out of it. I have a 38L Litehaul as well and this feels nearly the same size from a visual point of view, which makes me worry on some airlines."
"I don’t usually write product reviews, but this backpack deserves some credit! I was in the Machu Picchu train crash at the end of 2025. The bag was thrown from the luggage rack amongst other bags including large cases. My laptop & iPad were in the laptop sleeve & remained undamaged in the impact. If you’re looking for a travel bag, it’s definitely worth considering. I also like the ability to tuck the backpack straps away."

"An ideal straight forward light pack that was exactly what I looked for to use as a travelling bag. The advantage of a single and accessible main area made it better for my purpose than multiple pockets that resulted in frustration when retrieving what I needed. Plus a pocket for a bottle on the side and another for documents."
"The size and shape are good, and I like that it opens wide rather than from the top meaning you don’t have to dig to the bottom to grab something. I was a little disappointed the hip strap didn’t have padding. None of the photos online showed the strap which didn’t help. Not worth the money."
