"Had a couple of decent hikes wearing this now, including the gruelling Karamatura track, and I'm very, very impressed with how comfortable this is. No shoulder or hip pressure issues whatsoever. Our toddler is very content as well, happy to sit in the seat for longish periods."

"If this were simply a backpack, I would leave it at the side of the track, hike back to the trailhead, drive to a store, buy a new backpack, drive back to the trailhead, hike back in, repack the new bag, and abandon this one. However, the 'gear' here is the baby, so I'll just push through using the incredibly uncomfortable shoulder straps and just throw it away when I get to the house. The shoulder straps are too thin and bite into the shoulders. The place the shoulder straps are joined to the bag are too close to each other, so they cut blood circulation from the neck. Many adjustments, and I've tried them all, and still terrible. This would probably fit a smaller person, but if you've so much as seen a gym from a distance, avoid this baby carrier."

"The carrier is comfortable to put on however I found tramping up hill & being short (1. 55m) the head rest would lean on my head preventing me from being up to have my head upright properly & I got a sore neck. Going down hill was ok. A little on the heavy side."
"Bought this a month ago after comparing macpac and this. Pricing is reasonable and the fit is really good. Especially it adjusts well between myself and my wife. Padding isnt as good as a my osprey but pricing isnt the same and neither the weight. Only point needing improvement is the stand. It cant be popped in unless you travel with someone because the buttons are on the inside. Why hasnt this been fixed. Also the stand never really goes in. This is the key area of improvement for the next gen. Optional cover etc price was too high so we passed on it."
"I bought this for my 4 month old and love the freedom it has given us to get out on the trails. She loves it and falls asleep in it happily. It's very comfortable for us both and has plenty of storage space for all the things babies need. . . very happy! Definitely recommend also getting the sunshade and raincover."
