Disappointing for the price. Someone on my trip has had a Kathmandu hybrid for years and it held up better than the new model."

The updated pockets are good and well positioned straps keep it neat. We have used Kathmandu hybrid trolleys for years and haven’t used the back pack straps yet - they are a nice to have.
