Great idea pity about the poor quality zip tab
"To be fair, I have had this for 2. 5yrs but the pull tab on the zip has been broken for over 12mths and makes the bag a pain to use. I believe the heavy duty construction and tendency of the bag to ‘rumple’ where zip is placed puts too much strain on a rather flimsy tab . . I’d like to buy another but not unless the zip tab is or has been strengthened"
Much bigger than I expected
"Quite expensive but I had voucher about to expire so half price. Really pleased with quality. Never thought about putting towels and bedding in wash bags so may have to get some more"
Helping the environment
"I have used washing bags for many years. This is my second GuppyFriend one. This one is slightly larger than the other. The high price was offset by a gift voucher, however Kathmandu's price is about the same as buying from overseas and paying shipping. Love the quality of construction, I anticipate longer life than for others I have, and the fine mesh fabric enables good water flow while containing all the microfibres."

- How do you clean the bag/ dispose of the microfibres?
- Once the clusters of microfibers are big enough for removal, simply chuck them in the bin. The bag can be inverted and shook to remove excess fibres if needed.
- How do I safely dispose of the micro fibre collected in the Guppy bag?
- Depending on how often you wash, you’ll find an accumulation of microfibres in the upper corners of your Guppy Bag. Once the clusters are big enough for removal, simply chuck them in the bin.
