"I used this prior to the grangers water proofing in a front loader per the instructions. I washed only 1 Kathmandu branded garment at a time. I really didn't get any beading of water on the garments after treatment, it sort of spreads out just the same as prior to treatment. Originally the garment had a nice beading effect. So either this stuff is not preparing the garment properly or the following Grangers water proofing is not repairing/ restoring the DWR to anything like the original. Pretty disappointing because this stuff isn't cheap and it’s a lot of mucking around. Suggest trying another brand."

Can I hand wash with it?
Yes, the product is designed to be effective for both machine and hand washing, ensuring your technical and outdoor gear stays clean and maintains its performance.
Will this restore waterproofing if my jacket has an area where it's no longer water resistant?
Thanks for your question, yes either this or the grangers 2 in 1 wash and repel, depending on what the jacket is and how long its been since washed.
Is this product say for bio-cycle septic systems?
I suspect it would be, however I am not 100% certain of this. I would suggest getting in touch with your septic tank supplier and grangers directly who should be able to advise you further on this.

Will this product clean stains, ie makeup, from my ngx3 waterproof jacket. The jacket is a very light apple green and shows stains easily. Thanks Wendy
No this isn't specifically designed as a stain remover so best to hand wash any make up stains and possibly soak them before washing with this type of cleaner.
