Stand with your feet together, and measuring tape horizontal, measure at the widest part of your hips.

Inseam
With the measuring tape vertically, measure from crotch to the bottom of your leg.

What is the difference between the girls and boys versions?
There is very little difference, only a cm or two in the arms and waist which is not noticeable in comparison to our men's and women's designs.
