Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can handle anything! Used this jacket throughout the snow season last year and it is bomb proof! Spent a few days with driving rain and snow all day on the mountain and not a drop of rain got through. With the right layering this jacket will keep you warm and the wind off you in any condition. The colour is added bonus as it is easy to be spotted going down the mountain. Only small problem is it would be nice if gloves could be fitted into the sleeve to stop snow going down them but this is hard to do with the slim fitting cuff. Overall amazing jacket!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all round jacket This jacket is light and thin yet it provides warmth and is extremely durable. It packs away to a small size, making it convenient for travelling and backpacking. I wore this jacket in the mountains in Nepal, carrying gear up into the mountains, crossing rivers and getting rained on. I stayed dry and warm.I was very impressed that I didn't get wet when I was getting sweaty, this meant I didn't have to worry about my sweat cooling and giving me a chill. A great safety feature for wearing this jacket in the mountains.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bomb Proof I took this jacket as my prime outer layer on an expedition in the Himalayas and wasn’t disappointed. When they say its wind and water proof they were right, performing extremely well in trying conditions, taking the worry away from fearing exposure to the elements, enabling me to be fully engage in the experience at hand. Was impressed with its range of motion for those ascent attempts, and moisture/temperature control was unexpected for how hardwearing it is, large underarm ventilation was a bonus. Has a great fit whether layered or not. The pockets are well placed and easily accessible with a pack on, I haven’t used on the slopes yet but imagine it would perform very well with the detachable snow skirt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome! Loved this jacket from the minute I saw it. Used it in the snow on a 3 day hiking trip in the backcountry. Those days saw driving snow, rain and sleet with wndchill below -11! This jacket eat it all up with ease! Fits great and not a drop of moisture after heavy exercise and peak climbing. The pockets were easily accessible even when wearing a pack. Looks great and has great visibility for safety. I'm in love!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent jacket Highly recommended. Buy the next size up from your usual size as they seem to fit better with the sleeves and jacket tail.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great new jacket I've just been using this as a ski jacket and it's great, it's been well thought out, appart from the size of the cuffs. The cuffs are a bit too narrow to easily get over ski gloves. It's a bit of a neat fit getting the cuff over one glove, using the ungloved hand. However it's a real struggle to get the opposite cuff over, with gloves on both hands. Getting the gloves tucked up inside the sleeves is essential if you want to stop snow getting into your gloves. I also found adjusting the hood quite difficult with gloved hands. Love the colour though; my family had no problems spotting me amongst all the other skiers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly Recommended I purchased one of these jackets a couple years ago and it is indestructible. It keeps you perfectly dry and insulates against the wind amazingly. I would recommend you buy one with a looser fit (one size larger than you normally would buy) so you can fit more layers underneath if you're going to alpine areas as. It is definitely worth the price tag.
