Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love the jacket but PLEASE PLEASE change your zips This is the 2nd down jacket I've had from Kathmandu. Love the lightness and it's so so toasty warm even in our NSW Snowy Mountains weather. And a great fit/design too - just a bit longer without being cumbersome to wear in vehicles etc. Sizing very true to Aus standard sizes. However for jackets of this calibre/cost these zips are way too fine & fiddly to be anywhere near practical on outwear. It was about 4 years ago I bought my first down jacket, the zips were horrible then and still are now. There is always feedback about the low quality of zip - I just wonder when Kathmandu will actually take it on board and rectify....... making the perfect cold weather jacket.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice jacket I bought this last month for my mum as she gets up to work in the early mornings when it's cold. This is a really great jacket, the outside coating seems a lot sturdier than the normal down jackets (mine recently got a hole). She said it's very warm. Problems: the sleeves are far too long. My mum has a bigger tummy but short arms. The 16 fits her midsection but the arms almost pass her fingers. And the zipper constantly gets caught on itself. One time I had to try and help but even I couldn't undo it first go. So a good jacket but highly recommend trying it on before buying to make sure the arms fit.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Jacket ok Brought the jacket as it was recommended by a friend who already had one. Found that my jacket was no where near as warm as hers which is also a V2 but the older version. Also the green inside the jacket is ok but really why not just keep it a darker colour like the older version. Would make life easier when trying to colour coordinate my wardrobe as NOTHING but black goes with green. The Zip LOL...not really that user friendly. I guess this the same type of feedback as per everyone else's comments on the internet reviews. Maybe you will design a better one next time :/ Good luck!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save your money I brought this jacket over a month ago, Keeps me dry and warm and is an amazing windbreaker too. After a week the stitching on the left sleave came apart and feathers were coming out every where. I was able to exchange that jacket and the replacement jacket is great to wear although a month later that jacket has lots of feathers coming out of the seams, bad stitching too and the material in the front has come apart very weak material. So disappointed to spend a lot of money on an item that has fallen apart after a mounth from purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice and Toastie Love this jacket! The long back has kept me nice and warm so far this winter! Only downfall is the inside of the neck. My old Kathmandu jacket had a fleecy type fabric on the inside of the neck which kept my neck extra warm and stopped my makeup from rubbing off from my chin and onto the jacket. This jacket does not have that and now is impossible to get off. I've washed it quite a few times now and won't come off!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very Warm This Jacket is so warm. One problem myself and my daughter are having with our Epiq jackets is the zip! It is so hard to connect the zip together and also to undo when you want to take the jacket off. It happens with both jackets so I really think it is a design fault with the zip. My other issue is I really dislike the green on the inside lining. Thankfully you can't see it once zipped up ( when I can manage to get the zip up!!!)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super warm! Warmest coat I've ever owned. Love not having to wear heaps of layers underneath. I got it in silver which I love but worry about stains/marks. I find the zip fiddly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great! Wonderful in every way, except the zipper gets caught quite a lot. I think it is because of the double zipper. A tad bit unfortunate considering how much the product costs for it have a faulty zipper. All other aspects of the jacket are amazing though.
