A super-lightweight CORDURA® nylon makes the Lite Ace Pro water repellent and breathable. Not to mention durable. Fabric technologist Colleen Ahalt-Eagle explains, “The yarn pattern acts like a rip stop, so even if it catches, the tear will not continue. We know because we tested it. A lot.”

Floats like a feather

“With the Lite Ace Pro, we’ve evolved the design,” says designer Patrick Zabel. “We added the CORDURA® for toughness without increasing the weight. We made simple adjustments, like a simplified, single adjustment at the waist and added some cool details, like the cord catcher on the zip pull – so your headphone cord won’t flap.”

Then there’s the engineering. We mapped the body’s heat zones and added ventilation. Mesh panels under the arms and back vents help you leave the heat behind and stay comfortable. And a 360-degree reflective print detail means you can be seen from any angle.
