Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure to keep the tape under your arms and around your shoulder blades.

Do KMDMotion leggings tend to shrink? Today I bought a 12W for my daughter & they are ok now on the thighs but if they shrink they'll be too tight. The 14 have more leg room but are baggy at crotch/waist. Last yrs S12W leggings we bought r too tight now

No they shouldn't shrink if the washing instructions are followed, we would recommend going with the size that fits best now. Thanks!
