Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm but not bulky I bought two of these kind (purple and burgundy) and both my girls love it. Perfect for our upcoming trip in July to Simpson dessert. Great buy!

Can you let me know the recommended temperature range for this jacket? We drop to minus 5 in winter - is there another option you may suggest? Thank you

Asked by: kf16
Our jackets do not have recommended temperature ratings as there are many factors that contribute to your overall warmth while wearing a jacket - however this is great jacket for insulation as the synthetic insulation still keeps you warm if damp. We always recommend warm thermal base layers and layers always help to accommodate changing temperatures.

My daughter prefers most of the products that are described as boys, eg. the blues... is there a difference in shape?

Asked by: MumHuang
The sleeves are a little longer and the shape is slightly more boxy but your daughter will still look great in the blue!

My girl is 10 and around 150cm very slight build would you recommend 12 or 14 I also want it to last

Asked by: ElleHood
This depends on how long you want her to be in this jacket. The best way to decide is to pop in store and try them on to see the fit.

Is good for winter?

Asked by: Silcarneiro
This is a great jacket for winter - in especially cold temperatures we'd recommend layering thermals and a mid-layer (such as a long sleeve fleece) to keep nice and toasty!

Are the girl and boy version same shape? We would like the blue one for a girl. Thanks

Asked by: AngelsC
They are a different shape – the girls is more fitted through the waist, has slightly narrower shoulders and accommodates more of a bust. There’s not a huge difference in the size 8 and 10, the difference is more pronounced in 12-14yrs. However, there's no reason why you can’t buy the blue, it will just look a bit boxier on her than the girls one.
