To join Summit Club online today just add membership to your shopping cart, along with the items you wish to purchase, this will automatically activate discounted pricing and rewards.

An online account will be created at the same time to allow you to track your orders and streamline the checkout process in the future.

To join at a store, simply ask one of our staff for assistance, they will be happy set up an account and issue you your membership number. You will need to provide your basic account details such as first and last name as well as your current email address.

You will be able to shop with your discount at the same time you purchase your membership. We will confirm your membership by email for your records.

To receive Summit Club benefits through our website online members must log in when making purchases online.

If you do not have an existing online account, you can create one here, but ensure you use the same surname and email address to link to your existing Summit Club membership.

If you have an existing Online Account and now wish to link your Summit Club membership, you can do this from the Account Overview section once logged in. Please ensure you use the same surname and email address as your Summit Club membership to complete this step.

To update your details online you will need to log in to your online account. Once logged in select the Edit Account Information link from the left hand menu to change your personal and contact information.

You can also manage your billing and shipping addresses from the Address Book link.

If you are an existing Summit Club member and do not have an online account, you can update your details by contacting us or visiting one of our stores and filling out a form.

If you have forgotten your password go to Forgot Your Password, enter your email address and click on ‘Reset Password’. This will generate an email to your nominated email address with a link to reset your password.

If you did not provide an email address or no longer have access to the one you provided when joining, please Contact us.

Summit Club members receive a $10 reward voucher for every $250 they spend. Once a voucher is issued, your spend balance will be reset. Reward vouchers are only valid in the country of issue. Vouchers issued online can be redeemed online or in store. Vouchers issued in store cannot be redeemed online. You can check your Summit Club spend balance when logged in to your Summit Club Account on the Account Overview page, or at the bottom of a printed receipt issued at a store.

If you have lost your Summit Club card, please email summit.club@kathmandu.co.nz and we will arrange for a new card to be sent out to you.

If you forget to bring your Summit Club card when shopping in one of our stores, we can still look your number up in our system using your recorded details. Summit Club pricing can then be applied to eligible purchases. These purchases will also be added to your total spend balance.
