Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome jacket! If it's good enough for Tim Jarvis (my friend) it's good enough for me :) Use this for my professional sailboat deliveries and it's features are fantastic. Like the reverse zipper, turn it into a pillow and the material used in the armpit sections. Brilliant!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best everyday jacket that everyone should have! Fantastic product. Keep me warm during the winter time with only one t-shirt. Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superbly Versatile Insulation I picked up this jacket for a trip to northern Japan, and boy am I glad that I did. It gave great performance while remaining an extremely valuable travel tool. The 'ultralight' in the name isn't just marketing, you can hardly tell that you're wearing it - apart from (obviously) the warmth. The jacket is light, it's comfortable, and it can compress down into its own front pocket for travel. When compressed it worked great as an extra travel pillow for the 14h flight - it goes down to about the size of a large hamburger. In chilly Tokyo, it was a great companion for doing tourist activities, I'd just chuck it in my backpack when I didn't need it. With the mild conditions in the city it was the only jacket I had on me. I used the chest pocket for my valuables and the lower ones for my hands. Where the jacket truly shined, though, was in the snow. I spent three months in Niseko, Hokkaido as a ski instructor, and the jacket was on me every single day. It's my ideal mid layer: slim enough to fit comfortably under a shell, warm enough to combo with thermals and be fine, and light enough to not notice it's there. On colder days (-30c with windchill) I'd throw on a fleece or wool top underneath and that would keep me comfortable. I really can't recommend this enough for somebody looking to take a single 'perfect' mid layer skiing. It performed great as a skiing mid-layer and surprisingly well as a travel companion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light, warm, compact Second jacket I’ve bought in this series. Hard to fault. Excellent warmth for weight, looks good so you can wear it up a bit, but robust enough to wear on a day walk without issue. Pretty expensive, but definitely worth it if you can wait for a sale! Highly recommended

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Normal wash cycle I washed this jacket in a front-loader 1000/1200 rpm spin, no problem. Very strong, light and warm as they say. Not worth 500$ Wait for sale
