Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great lite walking poles Purchased as a Christmas present, very happy with the walking poles, lite, easy to adjust. I have used for hiking at this stage over grass, small rocky & muddy areas, very helpful. Only issue is if hands get sweaty, grips become a bit slippery to hold onto the poles. Overall very happy with them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far so good, only used once so no fifth star These are good poles. I like the simple twist to adjust. I will have to come back and adjust this review when I have had them awhile.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Make your walking easier !! We have been using Fizan Trek Poles for years and would not consider a walk on uneven tracks without them. They adjust easily, are light and comfortable and the support they give is essential when climbing up or scrambling down. And, at sale price, the value was even better. Looking forward to the Cape to Cape walk in October. only downside is the rubber tips are too soft and do not wear well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product These poles are lightweight, collapse into compact size for travelling, strong and adjustable in 3 sections. Used them first time this week for a 9 km trek through varied terrain (hard surface, sand, mud, brush). These are fantastic, as take a lot of weight off the knees and allow you to walk upright in descent size and ascents, thus allowing a better view of surroundings. These are a must for any bush walker.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fizan Pole Reduces Knee Trembling Both my knees are shot and these poles made a steep ascent and descent over three hours bearable. Especially good features are the comfort of the grips and the cushioning. Also easy to store in the pack.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from fit for purpose Bought trek poles recently for a Tasmanian multi day hike but gave them a good work out in Bungonia National Park in NSW for 5 day with no complaints. Great feature they can telescope down to fit in your pack when not in use

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great support for dodgy knees My wife has CMP in both knees from trekking in the Swiss Alps last year. Purchasing these poles made it possible for my wife to do the sections of The Cape to Cape track in W.A. Amazing the difference it made in transferring her weight.

Hello. Is the weight 245 each pole, or for both?

Asked by: Emmmmm
The above is incorrect, the weight is 245 grams for each pole. I have weighed them myself after purchasing.

What are the handgrips made from? Duel density but what material? Rubber? Nylon? Synthetic?

Asked by: Looopy
The handles have an inner made from hard plastic (polypropelene) with a soft thermoplastic rubber on the outside.

What is the maximum weight limit that these poles can take?

Asked by: Anonymous
When the poles are vertical and the locking mechanism is correctly engaged the poles resist up to 140kg. At other angles and pressures the weight can be distributed differently so it's difficult to measure.

I have a pair of Fizan trek poles, please advise how I lock them in to the adjusted length ?

Asked by: Tweeds
You can pull the pole out to the correct length and then you just twist the poles to lock in place.

Hi - would these poles adjust enough to suit someone 1.9 metres tall?

Asked by: RobynD
These poles can be adjusted out to 146cm so these should be suitable for someone 1.9m tall. The poles should be adjusted to suit the user to hold these comfortably with elbows at 90 degrees.
