Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very comfortable but... I bought this boot to replace trail shoes for day hikes as I wanted more ankle support but still something reasonably light. The boots were very comfortable and I couldn't fault any of the features (waterproof, grip etc). However, after my first (yes, first) day hike up a local hill, the exposed mesh on the sides was torn in about half a dozen places, one all the way to the inner, and there was a slight hole in the toe. This was from just a bit of undergrowth and the odd rock I had brushed past. I returned the boots and exchanged them for the Mornington which are similarly light but seem to be harder wearing. 1 star for the boot. 2 stars for the return policy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Shoes They are really comfortable, not too much of an arche which I prefer with having flat feet. They provide a lot of ankle support.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not so great. I bought a pair of these for my 14yr-old son, who needed them for a school winter camping trip. He never wore them on the trip because they wouldn't fit into the rubber overshoes the school provided. He & I have the same size, so I've been wearing them ever since, 3 to 5 times a week for my walks in the neighborhood and local parks, on mowed grass or footpaths, no rough terrain. One of the lace loops wasn't sewn in properly and pulled out after just a couple of weeks; the fabric uppers quickly started showing sign of wear, just from flexing. Also, although billed as water resistant, I've gotten my feet soaked just from walking during a brief rainshower (not through puddles!). I'm not impressed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality I bought these shoes a month ago and they are already getting holes everywhere on them. I’m really disapointed with this purchase. The quality is really poor and not strong at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rubbish Rubbish ! They’re rubbish . First walk in some real bush and the front fabric tears . No refund . I told the guy in the shop if you can’t bush walk in them , they shouldn’t be sold as bush walking boots . I bought them because they are light and “fast” and they are comfortable but spend the extra $ and buy something that won’t get a hole on the first stick poking out on the path .

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Comfortable, but didn't last I bought two years ago these to replace a pair of leather hiking boots which had lasted me for around 12 years. These are very comfortable, but are now falling to pieces; the sole has warped; the sides are shredded. I have hardly even done any serious walking in them and am very unimpressed by the quality; I would not recommend them to anyone for actual hiking.
