Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Investment If I knew then what I know now - I would’ve bought one years ago. I commute to/from work in a city known for its predictably unpredictable weather. Armed with my new coat I now welcome the wind and rain! I’m snug as a bug in a rug. Literally!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Colleuges commented:"Great look, really suits you! It's such wonderful long coat with loss cuttings that i was looking for as I am pregnant. Wearing it really carefully coz don't sent to mess it up. Only the zip is a bit hard to zip up as it is a long coat. Always need my husband to help me out with that. Otherwise, all good. I definitely enjoy wearing it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All you need. Lightweight. Super warm. Awesome colour. Great extras like lined pockets, deep inside pocket for gloves/scarves/tissues and small inside pocket for keys etc... I wear mine twice a day walking my dog in cold Canberra and it is all I need.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So warm I recently bought this coat as a replacement for one I had had for a number of years and had lost. Warm enough for Alaska and the cool New Zealand winters. Light weight and so lovely and warm. It’s my most favourite thing.

If im normally a size 10 what size jacket should i get ? Are they bigger/smaller is a size 10 going to be to small if i have a jumper underneath?

Asked by: JosieG
I've brought one again except longline this yr and I was a size 8 in other then 2nd one brought at end of winter last yr I ended up buying 6 as some reason I feel sizes are bit more giving. Now longline I was ordering 8 thinking maybe like older lot but I kept hesitating in end I rang shop in town and seen if had 8,6 there they did. Actually tried 8 and we'll was size from original puffer waist year ago too me trying on size 6 and had extra hoodie on and was absolutely enough RM and comfortable so I recommend go down a size as they definitely have spare RM and as I said had hoodie on that day as well and still had loads of RM move in.

Are Is the Epiq coat washable? And if so, will it require re-proofing each time?

Asked by: BarbaraRJ
Yes these jackets are definitely washable. 1. Machine-wash your down jacket on a gentle cycle at 30 degrees °C. 2. Carefully remove your down jacket and lay flat to dry on a clothing rack. 3. Put it in the tumble drier on a low heat. 4. Throw in two to three tennis balls, or Granger’s drying balls. 5. Gently fluff up the down jacket. For more specific information on this, please refer to our Help Centre (down the bottom of the page) then select Product Information and then Product Care and it will bring up the articles on down care and how to re water proof. In terms of re-water proofing, you will not need to do this every time you wash the jacket, just when you feel it is time to re-proof.

Is the DWR coating PFC free?

Asked by: CPea
No sorry, the DWR finish that is used on our jackets does still contain PFCs, we use a solution that is C6 WR treatment which is better than the generic C8 solution, but does still contain lower levels of PFCs. We would like to be able to use PFC free Water Repellent treatments but the durability is not yet up to scratch so it does not currently meet our performance standard.

Will I be able to sit down on a wet surface?

Asked by: Susan81
This jacket is water resistant only, not waterproof. This is coated with a DWR treatment which is Durable Water Repellent. We recommend this suitable for light rain or showers as down feathers do not perform well if damp. You can sit on a damp surface, however if in contact with a wet surface for a long period of time then this will soak through.

Is the fit true to size or do you need to go up or down a size in this style?

Asked by: Fuzzypeach77
I can be an 8 or a 10, mostly 10, but in this coat the 10 was way too big so went the 8.....still has plenty of room for jumpers underneath.....fits perfectly.
