Summit Club Terms & Conditions - Kathmandu Australia

Your Kathmandu Summit Club membership is valid for one year from date of purchase. Memberships will be renewed automatically for FREE when you spend over $100 during the preceding 12-month period.
FREE Kathmandu Summit Club membership is available to YHA members, students and over 60’s in-store only.
Kathmandu Summit Club cards are non-transferable and remain the property of Kathmandu.
To be eligible for Kathmandu Summit Club member benefits and rewards you must identify yourself as a Kathmandu Summit Club member (both in-store and online) before purchase.
Kathmandu Summit Club discounts only apply to fullpriced items and are not available in conjunction with other offers.
Membership and benefits of the Kathmandu Summit Club are for individuals and their immediate families only. Corporations, Partnerships, Trusts and other entities are not eligible to participate in the Kathmandu Summit Club. No Kathmandu Summit Club discounts are given on the purchase of gift vouchers, gift cards, clearance or seconds.
Kathmandu may amend Summit Club benefits and discounts available from time to time. Kathmandu will make all reasonable efforts to communicate changes using such methods including, but not limited to Summit Club Newsletter and the Kathmandu website.
For every $500 that you spend in either our Australian or New Zealand stores or online (excluding gift card and gift voucher purchases) during the qualifying period (1st August-31st July of each year) you will receive a $25 Kathmandu gift voucher for that country. Any remaining balance less than $500 will expire each year on the 1st August.
– $25 gift voucher to be used towards your next purchase.
– Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
– Gift vouchers can be used in-store and through Kathmandu mail order.
– Any refunds given will be removed from your total accumulated spend.
Kathmandu gift vouchers will not be accepted if disfigured or photocopied and will not be replaced if lost. Kathmandu gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and change will be given as a voucher.
As a Kathmandu Summit Club member you authorise Kathmandu to send you material to inform you of special offers, product information and other information relating to the programme. You can opt out of receiving information if you chose to do so.
By accepting Kathmandu Summit Club membership you agree to these terms and conditions and any variation. You also agree to provide Kathmandu with any changes to your contact details.
Kathmandu reserves the right to terminate the Kathmandu Summit Club at any time without prior notice.
If you lose your Kathmandu Summit Club card, or it is damaged, Kathmandu will replace the card for free. Kathmandu reserves the right to charge for replacement cards if you have sought an unreasonable number of replacement cards.
