Personal information that you supply Kathmandu to join its Summit Club membership is only used by Kathmandu to send you information about Kathmandu products, and/or share outdoors, travel and adventure information.

Kathmandu will not share your personal information to other organisations, except third party companies which provide services on our behalf, such as website hosting, mailing and sending information about our products and special offers. We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

If you have supplied your email address, Kathmandu may email you information/offers on behalf of other businesses from time to time. Kathmandu will always provide you with the option to stop these emails in future to protect your privacy.

Kathmandu endeavours to ensure your personal information is as accurate as possible. Please advise us if your personal details change so we can properly service your membership.

Your rights are fully protected by the Privacy Act 1993 and as such you may request to see the personal information we hold about you at any time.
