At Kathmandu, we see protecting human rights as adhering to and promoting social standards of practice whether in the workplace or otherwise, both locally and internationally.

Two examples of our commitments in this area include:

One, we issue a terms of trade to all of our direct suppliers, which include minimum requirements for social and environmental standards.

Two, we are conducting factory audits of our suppliers, to ensure they meet expectations outlined in the terms of trade and to verify information provided to Kathmandu.
