Footwear

Adults
Make sure you measure both feet. Don't assume that your shoe size remains the same as it has always been. The shape of your foot can change over time. Make sure you wear the type of sock you intend to wear with your new shoes when you measure your foot.

Children
Children should have their feet measured every 3 months. For a shoe to be correctly fitted, there should be a thumb between the end of the shoe and the end of the longest toe. The foot should not be able to slide forward in the shoe.
