How to purchase a gift card in-store
You can purchase a gift card in any Kathmandu store for any value between $20 and $1,000. Cards are active once your purchase has been completed through the point of sale in-store or online.
Gift card value cannot be reloaded.

How to purchase a gift card on-line
Click the 'Purchase a gift card' link at the top or bottom of this page. Choose a gift card design, then select a denomination you wish to purchase or enter one of your choice. Once you have added the gift card to your shopping cart proceed through to the checkout or continue shopping.
You can also purchase items from within our online store and combine a gift card with the purchase. Your order will be dispatched to you but for security reasons the gift card(s) will be sent seperately. You will only pay one shipping fee for your complete order.
If you are purchasing a single gift card as your complete order you can select an alternative delivery address for the recipient. If your gift card is part of a larger order, it will be shipped to the same delivery address as the other items.
You can use your gift card in-store as many times as you want until the balance reaches zero.
We will not refund cash for any unused gift card amount.

How to redeem a gift card
Gift cards are currently only redeemable at participating Kathmandu Stores. These can be used for purchases in any participating Kathmandu store. Gift cards are currently not redeemable online.
Gift cards can only be redeemed in the country of purchase.

Gift card balance
You can view your gift card balance online at any time by using the links at the top or bottom of this page. You will need your gift card number and PIN to access this service. You can also check your balance in-store.

Kathmandu does not accept any liability for any delays, interruptions, errors, or omissions, however occurring (including as a result of negligence) in the collecting, recording, processing, storing or dissemination of this information.

Gift card expiry
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date can be found on the back of the gift card.

Lost and stolen gift cards
Treat your gift card like cash. Lost and stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
