Hydration Bladder - Widepac

We recommend that you regularly wash your hydration bladder with hot, soapy water before thoroughly rinsing and drying. For long storage periods, we suggest keeping the hydration bladder in a freezer to prevent bacteria growth. When freezing liquid inside the hydration bladder, ensure it is no more than 3/4 full. When using fruit juice or energy/sports drinks, we highly recommend washing the hydration bladder after every use. Replacement bite valves can be purchased at your local Kathmandu store.

Instructions for valve conversion
1. Ensure the thumb lock is in the unlock position (against barrel)
2. Unscrew and remove the locking barrel
3. Remove the rubber valve collar and plastic adaptor
4. Insert the plastic adaptor back into valve collar, matching your valve type (see diagram
5. Reinstall
