Please note that we do not offer sale products via our Mailorder Department. This applies to all Kathmandu Sale periods and includes all sale items and Summit Club Superspecials.
Mailorder continues to sell all full price, current catalogue items, as well as Weekly Specials, throughout the year. Discontinued products and in-store markdowns will not be available via Mailorder.
Mailorder is normally available 7 days, with exceptions for Public Holidays. Alternatively you may wish to visit one of our many stores. See Store Locations for details.
Payment: Mailorder accepts payment by VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Cheque. Please note when paying by Cheque, a 10 working day clearance period applies from the date the order is processed.
An additional postage and handling charge will apply and all orders are dispatched through Australian Air Express.
A Sales Docket is included with all orders; please retain this as your proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is required when exchanging or returning any products, and for warranty claims.
Exchanges: If you find the products ordered are not the right size, colour or style you expected, we will offer to exchange the original purchase. Goods must be returned in their original condition within 21 days of the purchase date. An additional postage and handling charge will be incurred.
Refunds: We will offer a full refund (excluding postage) on products purchased if they are not suitable or you change your mind. Goods must be returned in their original condition within 21 days of the purchase date.
Warranty: If any of our products are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Trade Practices Act to provide a remedy.
Availability: While we endeavour to ensure our complete catalogue range is available, all styles, sizes and colours are subject to availability at time of order.
